4 Bedroom Farmhouses and country villas To Let
This four bedroom, 14th century property is named after Saint Sabinus, Bishop of Spoleto, to whom the little church on the estate, now deconsecrated, was once dedicated. This used to be one of the most important churches of Murlo where the farmers would congregate for Sunday Holy Mass until the late 1970's. One of the most ancient properties on the estate, its terracotta tile floors and original kitchen, along with its imposing old stone walls, give a sense of the building's history as the most important social meeting point of the estate. Set within the elegant, spacious garden the stunning terrace, decked in wood, provides a peacful haven with uninterrupted views across the estate.
The villa has two king-size double bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom, and two twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave oven. By the kitchen, in the garden, there is a breakfast table and parasol. The living room has a large LCD TV with Sky Italia television and sports channels, DVD player, CD player and iPod docking station. Facing the living room there is a terracotta tiled terrace with sofas and dining table. The laundry room in the villa is spacious and complete with washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Murlo Estate provides its guests several services upon request: lunch and dinner reservations (or take away) at the Estate's restaurant Il Caldaro, cooking classes, wine tastings, health and beauty treatements, activities for children, activity arrangements, party and event planning, office and information services, ground transportation.
