The principal building has a spacious entrance hall, located in the centre of the house, there is living accommodation throughout the ground floor. Approximately 50 hectares of land surround the two houses and some of this land (circa 2 hectares) has been transformed into beautiful grounds that are irrigated where necessary. There are approximately 120 olive trees which are currently tended to by the gardener who also manages the annual harvest.
