Monticelli Umbria

Privacy at Monticelli property is unsurpassed. Past the Castle of Antognolla, winding through the spectacular golf course on a dedicated road and through a small forest, at the crest of a hill are the gates of Monticelli. The main house and the guesthouse are rented in conjunction with each other. Each house has a living room, dining room, kitchen and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Each room opens onto the covered terrace, which is well appointed with ample, comfortable seating and is perfectly positioned to take in glorious views of the property and sorrounding valleys.
Every detail has been considered. Light for comfortably reading in bed, WiFi, fully air conditioned and iPod dock for enjoying music while preparing meals or lingering over an espresso.
The infinity pool at Monticelli lies between the main house and the guesthouse. The pool area is sorrounded in teack, soft and cool. With eight sun chaises, cushions and several umbrellas, it is easy for everyone to relax in either sun or shade.   
A landscape architect has meticulously designed the gardens at Monticelli. Century old olive trees have been strategically placed and then lit from underneath to give punctuation. Perennial borders are full of roses, lavender, santolina and miniature daisies. Monticelli's 5 acres are fully fenced and gated with an automatic entrance and exit gate.
Monticelli is available for rent from April to November. It sleeps 8. Children are welcome and pets are allowed with a signed waiver to accept all damage. Smoking is allowed only outside.  
Upon confirmation of the booking, a deposit of a 1/2 week's rent is required to secure the reservation. The balance of rental payment must be made 30 days prior to arrival. A damage deposit of 2,000 euros will be required upon arrival from which electricity, water, gas and any damages will be deducted at the end of the stay. Fees for additional maid service,chefs and airport transfers are paid directly to the service provider.
